Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation with one of our experienced consultants. During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your unique circumstances and business needs. We’ll explore your current production levels and daily activities to get a complete picture of how your business is set up. The Personalized Coaching Assignment Process

After the initial consultation, you’ll have a dedicated client support representative spend 10 days for extensive on-boarding and a special call with one of our Directors of Coaching. We pride ourselves on our unique process for assigning coaches. Based on the insights gathered, our Director will carefully select a coach who perfectly aligns with your specific needs and goals. This personalized match ensures that you receive the most effective guidance and support, tailored to your unique situation. There’s nothing cookie-cutter about what we do; each coaching relationship is as unique as the clients we serve.

You will have two 1-hour phone calls with your coach every month, providing you with consistent and personalized guidance. Additionally, you’ll have full access to our core programs in the Training Center – RAMP, AMP, BAM, and SLAM. This suite of content offers deep insights into each role within a team, from the team leader to the client care coordinator.

You will also have access to Workbench, our proprietary platform, which is key in tracking your progress with the coaching program. Workbench allows you to see the trajectory of your efforts, ensuring that you stay on the path to success.
